Following The Leaving of Liverpool, the recovery is quick, however, when Henry the Fiddler fires up Peter Street. Coincidence or not, there IS a Peter Street in Dublin. Henry goes faster than the traffic is allowed there, however.
Peter Street
is a fiddle tune that is also known as Timor the Tartar.
Henry introduced the song to the band a few years ago,
and it is a fine recovery to a slow ballad that always
makes for
exciting showmanship.
